Project

Golden Lotus Foundation

This is one of our favorite projects we have worked on due to the nature of our clients purpose, and the absolute uniqueness of the project. The Golden Lotus Foundation is a non profit with a mission of creating an Asian Heritage Center in Colorado Springs to "Celebrate tradition and inspire passion for Asian heritage through community resources, education programs, and expand support for culture projects." We ultimately partnered with the City of Colorado Springs to purchase a piece of property in Cheyenne Canon to create this Asian Heritage Center. They are currently in the midst of very aggressive fundraising to convert a former PEO Chapter house into their center.

Project

Unique Play Places

Unique Play Places is a start up Daycare and Coworking concept that we are pleased to say we helped guide through the entire leasing process, from the securing of financing, to the site selection, to the selection of a general contractor firm to complete a six figure build out, and extensive negotiation on a multi suite lease. This project took a lot of creativity and hard work from both us and our client to get this lease signed, and we are looking forward to the completion of their build out and opening later this year.

Dart Wars

We successfully helped Dart Wars with a couple different projects in 2023. We assisted in leasing out some space to a pizza place in order to create a win win situation with the tenant the produces income for the landlord in his new building, and give a pizza restaurant a built in client who places regular orders for birthday parties hosted at their facility. We also assisted in the relocation of their original location to a long term situation that is more cost affordable and is synergistic to a center with a new daycare, and church.
